We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, your item will arrive within the approximate timescales.
United Kingdom
Standard — 3 to 5 business days £3.49
Express — 1 to 3 business days £4.99 (Free on all orders over £100.00)
DPD — 1 to 2 business days £5.49 (Free on all orders over £100.00)
Europe
Express International — 2 to 7 business days £14.99
Rest Of World
Standard International — 2 to 11 business days £24.99
Returns
Items purchased on arlohuxley.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
Exchange
Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different colour or style, or if the product page states the product is low in stock, please register your return request for a refund, and simply purchase the new piece(s) separately at arlohuxley.com.
Refunds
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to Arlo Huxley within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
Pre- Orders
Expected delivery dates can be subject to change. This can be something out of our control for example, Delivery issues, factory issues etc. The initial date is what the factory agreed with us, please note for whatever reason, we will do our upmost to stick to this date. Refunds can not be issued on any pre-orders, until the order has been fulfilled and all stock has landed in our warehouse. (Please see Refunds section)
Sale Items – Terms & Conditions
All items purchased during a sale or promotional period are final sale and subject to the following conditions:

No returns or exchanges on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances for sale items.

In the event that a sale item is faulty or damaged, customers may be eligible for:

a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

store credit equal to the value paid.

Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within the specified validity period.

Minor variations in color, fit, or appearance do not qualify as faults.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a replacement or store credit.
